Criminal Record Certificate Submission Requirements

○ Current: Both paper and electronic certificates are accepted.

○ Change: Only paper-issued Criminal Record Certificates will be accepted.

○ Reason: Electronic certificates contain a QR code for authenticity verification. However, the official verification system is currently unavailable.

○ Effective Date: August 24, 2026

(Not applicable to documents submitted before this date.)

○ Notice: Only paper-issued certificates will be accepted until a secure verification system for electronic certificates is available.

Updated List of Designated TB Screening Hospitals

Effective April 1, 2025, BAO SON Hospital will no longer be a designated hospital.
